The $100 service

A2P Fix covers one rejected Twilio campaign for one business: review and correction of the application, relevant opt-in and policy-page edits, resubmission, and one follow-up revision. New websites, additional campaigns, Twilio charges and carrier fees are not included.

Your part

You provide accurate business details, appropriate account/site access, and confirmation of the proposed changes. You must be authorized to request the work. We cannot create consent evidence for recipients who did not actually opt in.

External review

Approval and review timing are determined by external reviewers. Buying the service does not guarantee approval or a particular completion date.

Refunds

If we cannot take on your request, we refund our service fee. If you cancel before work begins, we refund our service fee. Third-party fees are separate.
